Each workout is only 20 minutes long and suitable for all fitness levels, including complete beginners (there are low-intensity variations for all exercises).
Don't worry if you can't join in live, all of the workouts are saved in a private Facebook group so you can do them at any time that fits in around your busy schedule.

Do You Live Locally To Tutbury?
There are also offline options available for the 28 Day Challenge which include either 2 or 3 group workouts with Sam every week.
All of the group workouts are run in Tutbury (indoors over the winter months) and there are 12 weekly group workouts to choose from (you don't need to commit to the same days/ times each week).

Is the programme suitable if I haven't exercised for a long time and feel really unfit?
Yes it is! I design the workouts to be suitable for all fitness levels, right from beginner to advanced, with low-impact/ intensity variations for all exercises. We all have to start somewhere when it comes to exercise and the only way to get fitter is to take the plunge and get started!
Will this programme work for me?
The 28 Day Challenge is designed to give you everything you need to transform your body. If you are committed, work hard and use the support provided, you will look and feel amazing by the end of the challenge.
Do I need any equipment for the home workouts?
The only equipment you will need is a mat (if you're doing the workouts on a hard floor) and a pair of dumbbells (a pair of 3kg dumbbells is a good starting point).
You can also add any other equipment you have at home into the workouts too (kettlebells, resistance bands etc).
If you can't get hold of any dumbbells, a couple of big bottles of water (1.5-2 litres) will be fine to get you going.
Do I have to be on Facebook to take part?
Yes you will need access to Facebook to join the 28 Day Challenge.
All of the workouts and support are provided through a private Facebook group.
All of the other members will be in the group too and the community is buzzing with energy that you can be a part of!
I am a fussy eater, will I be ok with the recipes?
You will receive over 150 delicious recipes so there are plenty of options to suit everyone. New recipes are also added on a regular basis and I'll teach you how to include your own recipes in the plan too!
I am a vegetarian/vegan, can I do the programme?
There are a limited number of vegetarian recipes at present, however you can easily adapt the recipes and use vegetarian alternatives instead. The programme is not suitable for vegans.
I enjoy running, can I do my own exercise too?
Absolutely! I encourage everyone who joins the challenge to be as active as possible and carry on with any exercise you currently do that you enjoy. Combine this with my workouts and you're on to a winner!
What happens once the 28 days is over?
At the end of the challenge, there will be the option to continue your journey and join Always FIT as a member.
