3 fun, fat-burning workouts every week
The 6 Week Kickstart Programme includes 3 group/home workouts every week, specifically designed to tone muscles, torch body fat and sky rocket your fitness and energy levels!
There are 2 options available...
3 group workouts in Tutbury with me every week (perfect for ladies who live in Tutbury or the surrounding areas)
Each session is only 45 minutes long and all of the exercises can be personalised to your individual fitness level. The sessions includes lots of different equipment, great music and lots of laughs so you will look forward to exercising each week! They are run indoors over the winter and outdoors over the summer when the weather is good.
Here's a full list of the current days/times (you can swap your sessions on a weekly basis if needed):
6.15-7.00am - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
7.05-7.50am - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
8.15-9.00am - Saturday (1 PLACE LEFT!)
9.05-9.50am - Saturday (FULL!)
5.15-6.00pm - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
6.15-7.00pm - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
3 brand new home workout videos every week (perfect for ladies who don't live near Tutbury or can't attend the group workouts due to work, family or other commitments, but still want my help to achieve amazing results!)
Each workout is no longer than 30 minutes and I offer variations for each exercise which makes the workouts perfect for everyone, including complete beginners.
Your target is to try and complete all 3 workouts throughout the week and the only equipment you will need is a pair of dumbbells.
It is also fine to do your own exercise if you would prefer (running, swimming, gym classes etc)... as long as you exercise at least 3 times per week doing something you enjoy, you will achieve awesome results with this programme! 🙂
A flexible, enjoyable nutrition plan
You will receive a personalised, easy-to-follow nutrition plan which contains over 100 delicious recipes that the whole family will love including muffins, burgers and curries (new recipes are also added on a regular basis).
The nutrition plan is nothing like traditional, restrictive diets out there. Not only will you get to eat tasty meals, the portion sizes will keep you full and energised throughout the day so you not only look great but feel great too. There are plenty of quick and easy meal options so you definitely won't need to spend forever prepping your food each day (who has time for that?!).

I am a vegetarian/vegan, can I do the programme?
Unfortunately the nutrition plan is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans at this time.
I am a fussy eater, will I be ok with the meal options?
The nutrition plan comes with over 100 delicious recipes to choose from so there are plenty of options to suit everyone. New recipes are also added on a regular basis.
Can I do my own exercise if I sign up for the online programme?
Yes you can! You will be provided with 3 brand new workout videos each week that can be completed at home or the gym but these are just an option for you to use. If you go to other exercise classes in your area or like to jog/swim/play a sport etc, these are all perfectly fine to do. As long as you exercise for 30-60 minutes a minimum of 3 times per week, you will achieve great results with this programme.
