You will have access to 4 brand new workout videos every week that can be done from the comfort of your own home. Each workout is under 30 minutes long (perfect if you struggle to find the time to exercise) and is designed to challenge your body to ensure you tone up and become fitter and stronger.
I offer variations for each exercise which makes the workouts perfect for everyone, right from complete beginners to advanced. The workouts are all saved in a private Facebook group so you can do them at any time that fits into your schedule. 1 of the workouts will also be live with Sam each week too!
Your target is to try and complete all 4 workouts throughout the week. Most of the workouts don't require any equipment at all, however you will need a pair of dumbbells or something similar for the resistance workouts (bottles of water are fine if you can't get hold of any at the moment!).

I am a vegetarian/vegan, can I do the programme?
Unfortunately the nutrition plan is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans at this time. However, you are more than welcome to join the programme if you are a vegetarian/vegan and adapt my recipes/ use your own recipes instead.
I am a fussy eater, will I be ok with the meal options?
The nutrition plan comes with over 100 delicious recipes to choose from so there are plenty of options to suit everyone. New recipes are also added on a regular basis.
