3 fun, fat-burning group workouts every week
You will have access to 3 fun, fat-burning group workouts every week. Each session is only 45 minutes long (perfect if you struggle to find the time to exercise) and is designed to challenge your body to ensure you tone up and become fitter and stronger.
No two sessions are the same and all of the exercises can be personalised to your individual fitness level which makes the workouts perfect for everyone (don't worry if you feel really unfit at the minute, we all have to start somewhere and you will be absolutely fine).
There are morning and evening sessions available which are all run in Tutbury either indoors or outdoors over the summer months when the weather is good. You have the flexibility to swap your 3 sessions on a weekly basis to work around your other commitments. Here are the session days/times:
6.15-7.00am - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
7.05-7.50am - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
8.15-9.00am - Saturday
9.05-9.50am - Saturday
5.15-6.00pm - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
6.15-7.00pm - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

You will receive a personalised, easy-to-follow nutrition plan which contains over 100 delicious recipes that the whole family will love including muffins, burgers and curries (new recipes are also added on a regular basis).

I am a fussy eater, will I be ok with the meal options?
The nutrition plan comes with over 100 delicious recipes to choose from so there are plenty of options to suit everyone. New recipes are also added on a regular basis.
I have a holiday planned during the 6 weeks, can I still sign up?
If you would like to sign up but have a holiday planned in the next 6 weeks, don't worry! You can still sign up and the week(s) you are away on holiday will be added on to the end of your programme. Please inform Sam of your holiday plans upon sign-up.
