3 fun, fat-burning workouts every week
You will have access to 3 fun, fat-burning group workouts every week. Each session is only 45 minutes long (perfect if you struggle to find the time to exercise) and is designed to challenge your body to ensure you tone up and become fitter and stronger.
No two sessions are the same and all of the exercises can be personalised to your individual fitness level which makes the workouts perfect for everyone. The sessions includes lots of different equipment, great music and lots of laughs so you will look forward to exercising each week!
There are morning and evening sessions available which are all run in Tutbury either indoors or outdoors over the summer months when the weather is good. You have the flexibility to swap your 3 sessions on a weekly basis to work around your busy schedule. Here are the session days/times:
6.15-7.00am - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
7.05-7.50am - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
8.15-9.00am - Saturday (2 PLACES LEFT!)
9.05-9.50am - Saturday (2 PLACES LEFT!)
5.15-6.00pm - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
6.15-7.00pm - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

Don't worry, you're not alone. I received so many messages from ladies in this position who still wanted my help to achieve their goals. So I decided to create an online option for the 6 Week Kickstart Programme too!
The online programme includes 3 brand new workout videos every week that can be done at home or the gym. Each workout is no longer than 30 minutes long and I offer variations for each exercise which makes the workouts perfect for everyone.
Your target is to try and complete all 3 workouts throughout the week and the only equipment you will need is a pair of dumbbells.

Unfortunately the nutrition plan is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans at this time.
I am a fussy eater, will I be ok with the meal options?
The nutrition plan comes with over 100 delicious recipes to choose from so there are plenty of options to suit everyone. New recipes are also added on a regular basis.
Can I do my own exercise if I sign up for the online programme?
Yes you can! You will be provided with 3 brand new workout videos each week that can be completed at home or the gym but these are just an option for you to use. If you go to other exercise classes in your area or like to jog/swim/play a sport etc, these are all perfectly fine to do. As long as you exercise for 30-60 minutes a minimum of 3 times per week, you will achieve great results with this programme.
