Fun, fat-burning LIVE home workouts with Sam every week, designed to skyrocket your fitness & energy levels!

Each workout is only 30 minutes long and suitable for all fitness levels, including complete beginners (there are low-intensity variations for all exercises).

Don't worry if you can't join in live, all of the workouts are saved in a private Facebook group so you can do them at any time that fits in with your schedule.

You'll also have access to the full workout library and can choose from over 200 awesome workouts including Combat, Arms & Abs, Legs & Cardio.

LIVE LOCALLY TO TUTBURY?

There is also an offline option for the 6 Week Challenge where you get to come to 3 outdoor group workouts with Sam every week.

All of the group workouts are run in Tutbury and you can book in to any 3 you like each week (you don't need to commit to the same 3). Here's the full schedule...

Early Mornings: 6.15-7.00am & 7.05-7.50am (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays)

Evenings: 5.15-6.00pm & 6.05-6.50pm (Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays)
